Nose: Dry and assy with a hint of peat and smoke, in addition to the typical maritime character. Many citrus influences with toffee, honey and lavender.
Taste: More sweet than in the nose with caramel and strawberries covered with dark chocolate. In the background a hint of smoked nuts and sea salt.
Finish: Deliciously balanced sweetness and smoke with a hint of black currants and prunes.
