Description: The wine has an intense yellow color yet light and liquid. The fragrance has good intensity and complexity, with chamomile and wild flower scents leaving room for balsamic notes of elderberry and lime; fresh and delicate aftertaste. The wine is dry in the mouth, with a fine balance between acidity and soft parts. Good minerality. This remarkable taste lasts for a long time. Drink this wine young, but it will be able to mature further in the bottle over the next 2 to 3 years.

Gastronomy: Serving 9-10°C. Great as an aperitif, to be combined with fish starters, Asian and vegetable dishes and white meat.

Additional Information: Canoso is a family business dedicated to producing ambitious wines and is located in the area of “Soave Classico”, where the volcanic origin is clearly evident. Thirty million years ago, the explosion of the Calvarina volcano, which is still recognizable in the black color of compact and rocky soils, formed these slopes that are today covered with vineyards. Canoso today owns 10 hectares of vineyards in the Soave Classico area, one of which is recognized as “Cru”: Cà del Vento, producing 60,000 bottles.
