TASTE: Immediately sweet, rich in peat, (salty) minerals and liquorice. The peat smoke is firm but not dominant and elegantly and persistently envelops the subtle aromas. Sea salt, soft cream and brioche. With water even more elegant and aromatic.

FINISH: Long. A combination of smoked fish and fresh pears. Very expressive and rich. With water intriguing Islay characteristic.
