Color: dark red / brown, close to black.
Nose: cherries and roasted berries, berry candy cane, warm oak with polished copper, Szechuan pepper and blackberry jam.
Taste: first white herbs, then heavy cream with cherry compote and pine needles in an autumn forest. Oak turns into more spicy influences.
Finish: long and lasting. Warming and spicy.
