The Bianco di Gio is a tribute to the founder Giovanni Cielo, who created wines "alla moda di Venezia". This is a unique style that combines the elegance of Northern Italian Sauvignon Blanc grapes from Veneto with the warmth and character of Chardonnay grapes from the South, Puglia.

Tasting note
The wine has a delicate light yellow color. This is the most aromatic white wine from Famiglia Cielo, with an intensely expressive bouquet. On the nose, lively fruit notes, such as ripe peach, citrus, and white flowers. The wine has a full body, distinct acidity, and a fresh, invigorating finish.
