Grape varieties/vinification
This 'Red Golden Italian blend' is a careful selection of the most suitable plots from Southern Italy, created as a tribute to founder Giovanni Cielo. The wine is a blend of Primitivo, Negroamaro, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification takes place under controlled temperatures, during which the wine undergoes extended maceration on the skins. Subsequently, the wine ages for 24 months in oak barrels to develop an elegant structure and soft, silky tannins.

Tasting note
The wine has an intense, ruby red color. The nose opens with a bouquet of ripe Mediterranean fruit, wild blackberry jam, and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet velvety. The powerful structure is harmoniously balanced with the soft tannins, resulting in a lingering finish with notes of dark chocolate.

Due to its rich and powerful structure, this wine is perfectly suited as an accompaniment to slow-cooked red meat, game, and rich, herb-infused roasts. Additionally, the wine pairs excellently with extra-aged cheeses or a piece of dark chocolate.
