Taste character

The main flavor character of this wine is its spiciness, which is enhanced by other aromas such as drifting blossom. Although the wine tastes spicy, it is soft and not too dry on the palate. We recommend combining the wine with dishes such as pasta or salads.

The winery

The Douloufakis Winery winery is located in Crete, where the best quality wines are produced using mainly indigenous grape varieties. The company is run by Nikos Douloufakis and his wife, who took over the family business years ago.
