We got the idea to work with Martin Hochdörffer - owner and winemaker of Weinhaus Franz Hahn - to assemble a wine that is specially made to drink with a pan of mussels. This is how Mussel Wine was born at the end of 2023.

This sparkling white wine is made from 2 authentic German grape varieties. The taste of this wine can best be described as follows.

Nose : Both pleasantly fresh and full.

Taste : Pleasantly sultry with fresh notes of white fruit

Aftertaste : The aftertaste is attractive with a full mouthfeel
