Intense aromas of peach and ripe pear, with light notes of white blossom and honeysuckle.

Taste Good crunchy structure, full taste, stone fruits and also some minerals.

Application Delicious as an aperitif, but especially with light cheeses, poultry and white fish.

Verdict This Chardonnay comes from the extreme southwest of the Languedoc, located in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The vineyards benefit greatly from the wide temperature fluctuations and oceanic influences. This combination produces Chardonnay grapes with perfect acidity, which in turn results in a very fresh and balanced wine.
