Tarapacá has different ways of winemaking. This series emphasizes the expressive character of the grape and its fresh fruit notes.

The Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected and crushed after picking. This is followed by a “macaration”, a soaking process in which the maximum amount of aroma and flavorings is extracted from the grape skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature between 25ºC and 28ºC to preserve the fruitiness.

Drinked young, this wine is tightly dry and fresh, in the course of the year the wine becomes rounder and riper with more concentration and plumpness in the mouth.

Drink with: Also suitable to drink in the cold winter months as an aperitif or so with a piece of cheese

Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in color with an intense scent of pear, citrus and honey. Powerful in taste, round in the mouth and a remarkably dry taste and aftertaste.

Shelf life: Ready to drink now, best until about 2 years after harvest.
