Trinity 6100 Rosé is a delicious rosé from Armenia.
The wine comes from the sunny Armenian highlands, where there is about 250 days of sunshine per year. The wine comes from a beautiful terroir with volcanic soil with a high content of sand and gravel. The Trinity wine region is 6,100 years old and is located at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level.

Trinity 6100 Rosé is made from the Armenian native Areni Noir, which is called the ancestor of Pinot Noir. the grapes grow at an altitude of approximately 1300m above sea level. The grapes are harvested in the second half of October, when they have reached the correct ripeness and the acidity is nicely expressed. The bunches are pressed directly without additional maceration. The fermentation is carried out constantly at 13oC.
