This wine comes from a 0.56-hectare walled vineyard, planted by the brilliant Antoine Cristal, and served as an experiment, resulting in an exquisite wine. In this half-hectare Chenin vineyard, each vine is planted on the north side of a wall built with local tuff. The vines are trained through the wall and produce grapes on the warm south side. This way, the vines have their feet in the shade and their bellies in the sun.

LE CLOS D'ENTRE LES MURS is a prestigious white wine with a unique personality thanks to several years of maturing in troglodytic tuff cellars.
