Tasting note

This wine is the result of meticulous vinification of the grapes, which have different maturation periods. During maturation, the wines are assembled in oak barrels, with frequent "batonage." The wine matures in stainless steel tanks, while a portion matures for six months in second-pass tonneaux.

Deep ruby red color with purple hues. It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of cherry, plum, and berry; the flavor is balanced, medium-bodied, fresh, and soft with a fine texture. Recommended with main courses and risotto, meat, and medium-matured cheeses. Ideal serving temperature: 16-18 degrees Celsius.
