Meet Karas Kangun White Dry , an elegant dry white wine from Armenia, originating from the renowned Ararat Valley in the Armavir region. This wine is crafted from the indigenous Kangun grape, a local white grape variety that thrives in the continental climate and on the volcanic soils of this unique wine region. The grape is known for its crisp acidity, expressive aromas, and its ability to clearly bring out the minerality of the terroir in the wine. During vinification, great precision is exercised to preserve natural freshness. After a manual harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. The juice then undergoes cold settling for 24 hours, followed by controlled fermentation for approximately 20 days in low-temperature stainless steel tanks. This method ensures a pure, fresh, and aromatic wine style. With an alcohol content of 13%, Karas Kangun White Dry offers a beautiful balance between freshness, structure, and aromatic intensity.
