Straw-yellow colour with reductive, youthful notes; on the nose fine spiciness, followed by brioche and yeast pastry, some milky notes from malolactic fermentation, a hint of butterscotch; on the palate creamy with a soft texture, characterized by malolactic fermentation, again brioche and biscuit, all combined with fruity residual notes, a delicate veil of spices in the finish, a subtle international character.
