Light lemon yellow with a subtle carbonation; spicy and fruity on the nose, yellow and green apple, a hint of pear, the nutty notes are enveloped by fine meadow herbs, with a hint of juicy gooseberry aromas; fresh, playful and with a delicate bubble, thus the taste is introduced, naturally slender and elegant, but already very close to a “real” wine, supported in a pleasant and refined way by grape variety aromas, carefree, naturally charming, fruity and spicy on the finish, a truly acceptable and innovative product.
