Grape variety/vinification
This wine is made from 100% Merlot. The grapes come from the Hérault region, where the vineyards stretch from the edges of the Thau Lagoon to the first foothills of the Massif Central. In this warm and dry Mediterranean climate, the vines grow on rich soil of red clay, gravel, and limestone.

Tasting note
A full-bodied and harmonious red wine with an elegant, round structure. The wine has a deep red color with ruby reflections. On the nose, it reveals rich aromas of ripe black fruit, subtly enriched with notes of toasted wood and a soft hint of cocoa. The taste is full-bodied with silky tannins and perfectly integrated oak notes, culminating in a smooth, soft finish.

Wine/food pairing
Thanks to its round and generous character, this is an excellent gastronomic accompaniment to duck breast, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
