Viognier is an aromatic white grape originally from the Rhône Valley in France, but now also grown in Spain, particularly in regions such as Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, and Aragon. Spanish Viognier is characterized by an expressive aroma, a full body, and a beautiful balance of fruity, floral, and spicy notes.

Tasting notes : Rich and lush on the palate with a soft, velvety texture. Medium to full body, slightly creamier than the lighter Merseguera. Ripe stone fruit (peach, apricot) on the palate, complemented by tropical fruits like mango and pineapple. The Passió per la Terra Viognier has a soft, almost creamy texture. The finish is long and expressive, with a subtle honeyed and spicy aftertaste.

In these wines, the vine, the heart of the vineyard, takes center stage. Its roots bring all the essential nutrients the vine needs from the soil to produce the best grapes.

Passió per la Terra wines offer the best that the Spanish land has to offer, honoring both the indigenous and more familiar grape varieties that have been planted and cherished around the city of Valencia for generations.
