The Dianthà is made from Malvasia and Grillo grapes, from the vineyards located in western Sicily, in the province of Trapani.

In August, the grapes are harvested early in the morning. They are gently pressed, and fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks. The young wine is first aged in stainless steel tanks and then bottled for at least two months.

On the nose intense aromas of pear, with floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine.

The taste is dry, fresh and well balanced with a pleasantly stimulating note.
