This Malbec Syrah comes from the IGP Comté Tolosan in Southwest France, a versatile wine region between the Pyrenees and the Atlantic Ocean. The vineyards are situated on sediment-rich and alluvial soils, while the temperate oceanic climate with mild winters and cool summers ensures slow ripening of the grapes and the preservation of their freshness.

To allow the fruity aromas to fully express themselves, the grapes first undergo a short cold maceration. Subsequently, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, followed by a maceration of approximately 25 days that provides extra depth and structure. The wine then matures further in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh and fruity character.

In the glass, this blend of Malbec and Syrah offers seductive aromas of blackcurrants, blackberries, and a hint of liquorice. The taste is smooth and balanced, with ripe black fruit, soft tannins, and a fresh finish.
