Savalan is a leading winery in Azerbaijan, founded in 2007 in the historic Gabala wine region, at the foot of the Greater Caucasus. The unique climatic conditions of the Savalan Valley and the dedication of Italian experts brought the local wine tradition back to life. Grape varieties were carefully selected and planted using Italian cuttings from Vivai Rauscedo. The grapes are harvested by hand and processed in a modern cellar. Under the guidance of Italian oenologists Daniele D'Andrea and Elisa Vagnoni, Savalan produces quality wines of balance and style, utilizing both stainless steel and oak for aging.

Vinification
Fermented without skins for 10-12 days with selected yeasts at a maximum temperature of 16°C, followed by maturation in stainless steel tanks.

Tastiest with
Delicious as an aperitif, or paired with foie gras, langoustines, or other seafood. Ideal with mushroom risotto, vegetable pasta, and chicken.
