This delicious Khatun Kharji White consists of 100% Khatun Kharji, Armenian indigenous grape variety.

The grapes are harvested in September with the right ripeness and indicated acidity. Bunches are pressed directly without additional maceration. The fermentation is consistently carried out at 13 degrees. After fermentation, the wine matures for two weeks.
