Deep and powerful aromas of 'tropical' yellow fruit, with hints of vanilla, passion fruit, banana, and pineapple, as well as spicy notes such as caraway and herbs, which vary depending on the air and temperature. On the palate, it is very full, smooth, and quite creamy, again with juicy yellow fruit; elegant yet lively, not heavy at all, but lively with invigorating acidity, subtly spicy on the finish, and with a very long aftertaste. It needs to be kept for a few more months; it has the potential to age for several years.
