Austria is the country where Hochkultur, a high-guiding system for vines, was developed.

This unique technique involves planting vines 3 to 3.5 meters apart, while the vines are trained to a height of 120 to 140 cm. The advantages of this approach include a higher yield, less frost damage, and significant labor savings, as most of the work can be done mechanically.

This Grüner Veltliner has a beautiful bright yellow color.

The wine has a mineral nose, without too much of the classic pepperiness of a "classic" Grüner Veltliner.

This Grüner Veltliner picks up wonderfully fresh aromas, with plenty of flavours of peach and berries.
