Grape variety/vinification
This wine is made from 100% Chardonnay. At the foot of the striking Pic Saint-Loup, north of Montpellier, lie the sun-drenched vineyards. Here, the grapes grow on a soil of gravel and calcareous clay, in the heart of the typical French garrigue.

Tasting note
A full-bodied, harmonious white wine with an elegant structure. The wine has a pale yellow color and brilliant reflections. On the nose, the wine reveals rich aromas of white-fleshed fruit, subtly enriched with notes of vanilla and a soft, creamy hint of butter. The taste is full, harmonious, and delightfully fresh, culminating in an elegant and distinguished finish.

Due to its full and harmonious structure, this is an excellent gastronomic accompaniment to creamy poultry dishes, fish in sauce, and hard cheeses.
