THE BRAND
When it comes to wine, there is no typical wine drinker. We all have different shapes, colors, sizes, genders, sexuality… Hence the name, this rosé is for every regular wine drinker, that's better! And a portion of the proceeds from each bottle is donated to an LGBTQ+ charity.
TERROR
This premium Rosé originated in a small village in the foothills of the Montagne Noire. Here the Grenache grows in a typical Mediterranean climate, with south-facing slopes, warm and dry weather and gravelly terroirs. The fresh breeze and morning mist from the mountain allow the grapes to ripen slowly, with wide variations in day and night temperatures. The resulting rosé is lively, clear and balanced, with intense and expressive aromas.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are harvested at night when temperatures are low to prevent oxidation and ensure freshness in the wine. In the cellar, they are immediately and carefully pressed between 7°C and 8°C to avoid oxidation. The must is clarified. Only the best juices are selected to ferment in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Finally, the wine is drawn from the tanks to age on its fine lees for 4 months, with regular “bâtonnages”.
NOTE FROM THE WINEMAKER
Delicious salmon pink in the glass. The nose contains delicious aromas of fresh red fruit followed by floral notes, and a hint of wild herbs. The juicy and fresh first impression is well balanced with a creamy, delicious length.
