Ararat Otborny wrote the history of Armenian cognac production. The Ararat Otborny 0.7L also belongs to the vintage collection.

The Flavor Character

Ararat Otborny Reserve 7 years old has a full and intense taste with notes of citrus fruits, caramel and toffee. This brandy owes its special taste to the aging in oak barrels. The aromas are fresh and fruity, with hints of orange peel. The brandy has an intense amber color with a subtle copper sheen. The aftertaste is long followed by notes of caramel and subtle bitter almond.

Namely, the 135th anniversary of Armenian cognac production was celebrated and the 120th anniversary of the first production of Armenian vintage cognac was also revived. Enough reason to produce something beautiful. And not just anything beautiful, the blend is recognized as a national treasure and is meticulously crafted. Yerevan Brandy Company distill this special brandy in the French cognac way, the distillate is then aged for 7 years in high-quality oak barrels, to eventually obtain a 1st class brandy.
