Ardara Single Malt Irish Whiskey is produced at the Ardara Distillery in Donegal. Dedicated to heavily peated whiskies from our all-grain crop, rooted in Donegal's rich, illicit distilling tradition.

Each drop is distilled three times and begins its unique maturation in a Solera cask, ensuring consistency and continuity in each batch. 46% ABV.

Winner of the Gold Medal at the 2025 Irish Whiskey Masters

The 2025 Edition cask composition consists of 47% Oloroso Sherry, 45% Bourbon and 8% Virgin Oak.
