The OLD PARTICULAR 13 Year Old Auchroisk Ice Wine is a single malt, single cask whisky, specially selected and bottled for the tenth edition of The Dutch Dram Masters. This whisky comes from the Auchroisk Distillery, located in the Speyside region of Scotland.

The whisky was distilled in November 2012 and bottled in March 2026 after 13 years of maturation. For this edition, it received a finish in an Ice Wine Hogshead. Ice wine is a dessert wine made from frozen grapes, known for its concentrated fruity sweetness.

The flavour profile reveals fresh lemon peel and green apple, followed by vanilla cake, raspberry jam, and a creamy finish with cinnamon spice. A layered and characterful bottling that complements the refined and lively appearance of De Buitenpartij by Dirck Hals beautifully.
