Bache Gabrielsen celebrates 120 years of passion and craftsmanship.

La Coupe is a special edition cognac, created in honor of our legacy that began in 1905. A blend of unique and rare Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, including an exceptional centuries-old eau-de-vie.

This cognac opens with a floral and fruity nose, develops into aromas of roasted nuts, reveals a spicy taste with hints of chocolate and coffee, and finishes with a soft, velvety and richly aromatic finish.

With only 1905 bottles available, each bottle is a tribute to the year we began this incredible journey.

An initial nose of floral notes, reminiscent of white fruit blossoms, apricot, almond, cherry, and honeysuckle. Then, aromas of roasted almonds, hazelnuts, and peanuts gradually emerge. The palate finishes beautifully with delicate notes of wild peaches from the vineyard.

The opening is all about spices, pepper, cloves, and dry cardamom. Almond and cashew aromas smoothly transition into powerful notes of chocolate mousse and coffee beans, which linger beautifully on the finish.

The finish of this cognac is flavorful, opulent, and characterized by remarkable aromatic intensity. It concludes with a silky, velvety note, reminiscent of the soft feel of a billiard table.
