Taking its water from Scotland's highest source (for a distillery that is), Ben Nevis has a long tradition of fine single malt in the rugged Highlands.

We have looked long and hard, since our first Ben Nevis release for another great example, and hope you will agree this is it!

A classic clean whiskey with the bourbon cask shining through to compliment the Highland spirit in an unhurried, uncomplicated, yet full of flavor result.

This whiskey has matured for 11 years in Bourbon Barrel #551, yielding 205 bottles at cask strength of 58.6%

Tasting notes by Dramfool

Nose Neat: Bursting with citrus and delicate white fruits and vanilla. Very fresh and summery with lemons, and a rich creamy note.

Taste Neat: Very sweet with apples, banana & custard, chocolate limes, rhubarb, McVities Price and Spangles!

Nose Diluted: Still lots of citrus, white fruits and vanilla. Even brighter than before with that lovely creamy note still prevalent.

Taste Diluted: Sweeter with water, with that complex array of fruity notes picked up when neat. Wonderful dram!
