A limited release from the family farm distillery in Fife, of which only 3,294 bottles have been released.

The whisky was distilled and casked between November 2010 and January 2011. It subsequently matured on the top floor of Warehouse 2 before being bottled in June 2026 at Daftmill 's traditional 'Fife strength'.

For this release, a selection of 17 first-fill ex-bourbon casks was used. The Publican variety barley used was grown on a 43-acre field and harvested by John and Sandy on August 28 and 29, 2009. After the harvest, the barley was dried and stored on the farm, after which it was malted in Alloa in the summer of 2010.

Tasting Notes:

The nose opens with lemon meringue pie: fresh lemon zest and curd folded through sweet vanilla, with a gentle biscuit richness beneath. The palate becomes rounder and more indulgent, bringing caramel and soft vanilla alongside the lively citrus fruit. The casks have made their presence known without overwhelming the spirit, adding depth, sweetness and texture, whilst allowing that unmistakable Daftmill freshness to shine through. – Francis Cuthbert
