Gordon & MacPhail Connoisseurs Choice Glen Grant 14Y 2011 'Made For Your Moment' is a special Speyside single malt whisky, distilled in 2011 and bottled after 14 years of maturation by the renowned independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail. This exclusive single cask bottling has matured in a first-fill sherry hogshead (cask number #11990), enriching the elegant and fruity character of Glen Grant with full sherry influences. The nose reveals aromas of raisins, dried apricots, orange peel, and roasted nuts, complemented by notes of caramel and warm spices. The taste is rich and harmonious, with accents of dark chocolate, ripe figs, toffee, and spicy oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering notes of dried fruit, soft spices, and a refined sherry sweetness.
