Our Master Blender personally selects the barrels from the "reserve cellar", which reflect the best traditional Victorian values. Each vessel is chosen for its unique character and exceptional ripeness. The result of the finish in deep roasted oak barrels, is an exceptionally smooth Single Malt Whisky, with aroma and flavor in perfect harmony. Bottled in the traditional manner directly from the vessel and without filtration so that the subtle timber and vanilla flavors are enhanced by a full fruit spicy aroma and a mild smoky aftertaste. This wonderful liquid is bottled at 51.5 o proof.
Dark again. An elegant nose with hints of oak, carrying the bouquet. Interesting crème brûlée show lead to generous caramelized fruit and finally polished oak.

In the notorious Victorian era whiskey region Campbeltown was the epicenter of the whiskey industry in Scotland. At the time, there were no fewer than 30 distilleries in the region. Over the years, however, much has changed and there are many distilleries closed on the peninsula. Closing the many distilleries in conjunction with the kleinde supply and high demand has led to a shortage came to the whiskey with the salty nose. Campbeltown is an isolated place, far from civilization and unique from the other areas in Scotland.
