Nose : a combination of (Pink Lady) apple and “All Spice” with Wine Gums with icing sugar, candle wax and wild heather flowers. Then nutmeg, sea salt, peach and fresh vanilla, with water more fruit, but also nougat and wood chips and worn leather.
Taste : a rich and full mouthfeel immediately demands attention with fresh fruit from the orchard, green mango, with caramel and white chocolate. Pineapple and pine cone combine wonderfully with oak herbs.
Finish : impressive without a sharp edge. The flavors come in layers and provide a long, but at the same time smooth finish.
