At Brouwhoeve we bring together the best of craft and innovation. Our Nocturno Oude Genever is prepared with the utmost care according to age-old, traditional methods. It starts with a carefully composed malt mixture of wheat , barley malt and rye malt , which forms the basis for the rich and authentic taste of our genever.

The classic addition of juniper berries is refined with a carefully chosen mix of herbs, which creates a deep and layered flavour profile. This combination results in a characterful jenever that surprises both lovers of tradition and discoverers of new flavours.

A maturation that makes the difference

After the distillation process, we let our Oude Jenever mature for another six months on Oloroso oak barrels . This special maturation gives the jenever an extra dimension of taste and aroma, with subtle notes that come from the wood and the previous contents of the barrel.
