Hand selected by co-founder and Master Distiller, Alasdair, and bottled at 50.7% ABV. This release explores how the Raasay spirit develops after full maturation in the following pristine oak casks: Quercus humboldtii, Quercus petraea, Quercus robur and Quercus muehlenbergii.
