This whisky is first matured for a minimum of 3 years in American oak barrels, after which it undergoes an additional finish of 3 months in Mizunara casks. These casks are known to impart floral notes, but also flavours of sandalwood and cocoa to the whisky.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE: Light amber with a golden glow

NOSE: Complex and aromatic, with a clear sandalwood note from the Mizunara. Hints of coconut and vanilla.

TASTE: Soft and nuanced, with vanilla, a soft caramel and a hint of spiciness.

FINISH: Medium to long, with the spiciness of the Mizunara lingering.
