This Cognac Cask Finish is the grand finale of the 5-Year-Old Series and represents the most premium expression in the range. A blend of Irish malt and Irish grain whiskey, matured for five years in first-fill bourbon casks and finished in exceptional cognac casks, carefully selected by master distiller Graeme Millar. This rare Irish whiskey finish reveals rich notes of candied lemons, dried pineapple, and a lingering ginger note.
