Good news for whisky lovers and curious beginners alike: on Saturday, June 6, 2026, the beautiful Hooglandse Kerk in Leiden will once again open its doors for the Netherlands' most atmospheric whisky festival – Whisky in Leiden 2026 !

With two sessions – an afternoon session (13:00–16:30) and an evening session (19:00–22:30) – it will be another day full of special flavors, good conversations and a cozy, relaxed atmosphere.

For just €40, you get admission to the festival, including hundreds of free whiskies to sample and delicious sandwiches to catch your breath. And for those who want to take it a step further: you can use tokens to sample some of the rare, old, and unique bottles – whiskies you won't easily find anywhere else.

With over 50 exhibitors and over 1,000 different whiskies, there's something for everyone – from smooth entry-level whiskies to complex single malts. And for those looking to try something different, there are also some great alternatives like rum to explore.
