Palate: The palate is rich and full-bodied with fruity notes of poached pears, tropical fruit and roasted pineapple, accompanied by biscuit malt and hints of marzipan, cloves and aniseed.

Finish: The finish is long with lingering notes of flamed orange peel, rich woody spices and a soft touch of liquorice.
