Lochlea Smoke without Fire is a delicately peated single malt whisky matured in former Islay whisky casks, alongside bourbon and red wine barrels. A delightful combination of soft red fruit, flowers, lemongrass, and lemon zest with gentle smoke. On the palate, salty sea smoke, freshly sawn oak, wood-fire soot, and again, juicy citrus and green fruit. A slightly smoky finish with soft floral aromas and subtle phenols and smoke.
