La Douce Innocente is a fresh, clear apple eau-de-vie from Normandy, made from traditional high-stem orchards. After a fermentation of 6 to 8 months, the cider is distilled and bottled immediately without wood aging, resulting in a pure and fruity character.
Fresh apples take center stage in the aroma and taste, complemented by light citrus notes and a soft, round finish. Perfect neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
