The whisky matures in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks , complemented by a finish in French cognac casks . This creates a particularly refined character in which ripe fruit, floral aromas, and luxurious pastry notes come together. With an alcohol percentage of 49%, this bottling offers extra depth, a full structure, and a long, elegant finish.

• Nose: Honey-sweet grapes, ripe plums and apple tarte tatin, followed by elderflower, warm musk and sherry raisins.
