The already fruity Linkwood has gained more tropical fruit from the rum cask. Additionally, influences of Demerara sugar combine beautifully with Linkwood's floral nose. Mars bar with honey, a pinch of pepper, and butter. The finish is long and quite spicy, but also beautifully captures the sweet tropical notes.
