Clément VO is a Rhum Agricole AOC from Martinique, distilled exclusively from fresh sugarcane juice. This rum ages for three years in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and new American oak casks in the cellars of Habitation Clément.

On the nose, distinct notes of vanilla, coconut, cocoa, and caramel. The taste is light and elegant, with a youthful freshness. The long finish is characterized by subtle almond notes and a refined woody character. Clément VO is versatile: neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
