Peated and unpeated distillates matured separately in a selection of new, reused Chinkapin oak casks, and then blended to create this distinctive, lightly peated single malt. Chinkapin oak is a rare type of untreated oak that is not widely used in the industry and gives Raasay whisky an incredible flavour.
