The Sinteis Series is a bold project from The GlenAllachie – a progressive addition to the globally award-winning portfolio. This range explores the dynamic relationship between oak species from different countries and sherry casks, offering a fresh perspective on whisky maturation. Each release within the Sinteis Series features double cask maturation: unique virgin oak casks are combined with classic sherry casks. The result? A fusion of combinations, where bold accents and familiar flavours come together to create a delicious whisky experience.

With the desire to both inform and inspire, the packaging of the Sinteis Series reflects the refined balance between nature and craftsmanship. The box features a hand-drawn motif of interwoven oak trees, whose roots gracefully intertwine – a powerful symbol of heritage and connection.

Tasting notes : 

Nose: Lively aromas of roasted hazelnuts and nutmeg open the glass, followed by dried orchard fruits.

Taste : Soft notes of heather honey, chocolate orange, and baked apple.

Finish : Long and velvety, with lingering hints of chocolate that elegantly continue to resonate.
