This Arran 7Y Single Cask has been bottled especially for the Netherlands and has matured for seven years in a Second Fill Sherry Hogshead. The whisky has a rich and fruity character with notes of raisins, dried figs, caramel, and soft spices, complemented by the fresh and malty character of Arran. On the palate, sherry sweetness, ripe fruit, vanilla, and subtle oak come together beautifully, followed by a long, warm, and slightly spicy finish. This single cask (2019/0189) is bottled at cask strength of 58.8%, without chill filtering and without added colorings, with a limited edition of only 285 bottles.
