Vuurzee Cuvée 2025 (aged from 9 months) - In the glass, Vuurzee presents itself with a beautiful golden-yellow color and an extremely refined, long-lasting mousse. The nose surprises with a complex bouquet of ripe pear, soft stone fruit, and floral nuances, subtly combined with the characteristic, slightly bitter fruity acidity of the Pinot Noir grape and an elegant, dry structure. The layering of this Vuurzee is characterized by a very clean and a beautiful mineral finish.
